OVERVIEW
With our Seasonal Living/Mulberry Protection Plan, we can now offer you, our designer customers, a way to help you save time if accidental damages occur from Day 1 of purchase and extending either 3 to 5 years [depending on what protection plan you purchase ] after our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty expires.
As you know, most limited manufacturer warranties, [ours included] only cover defects in materials and workmanship, not accidental damages.

Our new Seasonal Living/Mulberry Protection Plan covers furniture made of fabric, wood, lightweight concrete, including sofas, tables, dining chairs, accent chairs, lounge chairs, stools and accent stools.

- See pricing for the protection plan for each individual product you’re specifying for a residence. Each product will have a different price. Please note: this plan isn’t available for commercial specifications at this time as Mulberry does not offer it for commercial application.
- Place your orders for both products and the warranty plan, when you’re ready.

What Types of Accidental Damages Does The Seasonal Living/Mulberry Protection Plan Cover?
This protection plan covers the following types of accidental damages:
- Food & Beverage Stains
- Human & Pet Bodily Fluids
- Pen Ink Stains
- Accidental Rips & Tears
- Burns & Heat Marks
- Stains from Suntan Lotions & Oils
- Stains from Cosmetics
- Bleach & Chlorine Stains
- Broken Welds
- Chipped, Dented & Scratched Surfaces
- Broken Handles & Hinges
- Broken Tabletops
And we all know how pets and children, adorable and loved as they are, can wreak havoc….
Not to mention how difficult it can be to manage problems from stains and spills.
Imagine now being able to provide your clients with online access to Mulberry’s customer care portal, 24/7, if you purchase the 3 year or 5 year protection plan for them, so they can get these accidental damage issues resolved on their own – and quickly!
WHEN DOES COVERAGE BEGIN?
Coverage for accidental damages begins the date of delivery but does not include defects in materials and workmanship until the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty expires.
As noted in the paragraphs above, please check each product you purchase from us for our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty details, available on the product pages on our website in the dropdown menu. Please note that different products have different limited manufacturer warranty periods.
HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST?
Your clients are covered for 36 or 60 months depending on which plan you purchase for them – from the date of delivery.
HOW DO I PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN?
Again, this plan is only available to our designer customers specifying for residential use. If you are one, please log in to your private customer portal to purchase. Once approved, you can log in anytime, 24/7, and see the pricing for the protection plan associated with any product.

IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING INCLUDED IN THE TERMS OF THE PROTECTION PLAN?
Yes, Mulberry covers all shipping (and repair) costs associated with the resolution of an approved claim.
HOW IS THE COST FOR THE PROTECTION PLAN CALCULATED?
The cost is based on averages. It is not a flat percentage on top of all our products. Please check your private customer portal anytime, 24/7, for the protection plan cost associated with each product.
CAN I PURCHASE IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED TO MY CLIENT?
In the event you, the designer, want to purchase the Seasonal Living/Mulberry Protection Plan after your items have shipped, you will have 5 calendar days to purchase the 36 or 60 month plan via the Mulberry post purchase program. HOW CAN I ASSIGN OWNERSHIP OF THE SEASONAL LIVING/MULBERRY PROTECTION PLAN TO MY CLIENT? IS THERE A DEADLINE?
You, as the designer, can assign ownership by logging in to getmulberry.com and following the prompts to assign the plan to a new user. There is no deadline to passing the protection plan’s policy over to your client as long as the protection plan’s policy period is active.
WHEN DOES THE SEASONAL LIVING/MULBERRY PROTECTION PLAN KICK IN? AFTER OR AT THE SAME TIME AS OUR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY PROGRAM?
The Seasonal Living/Mulberry Protection Plan runs concurrently with our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. As noted already, please be aware that our products have different Limited Manufacturer Warranty periods and that our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
